Acta Marine Takes Over Offshore Wind Services

Acta Marine has acquired Offshore Wind Services B.V. (OWS) of Rotterdam, including the UK subsidiary OWPMS Ltd. OWS owns 10 Crew Transfer Vessels that have the purpose of transferring technicians and parts to and from offshore wind turbines. OWS will be renamed Acta Marine Wind Services. The daily management of the company will remain with Workships Contractors, who have successfully provided these services to OWS in previous years. However, the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and the vessel crews will remain unchanged. Read More
